If i could give a -5 star rating i would.
This pet shop is absolutely appalling. The care for the animals doesn't exist, I've repeatedly gone in to see if my feedback has been listened to only to discover nothing has been done.
Too many times to count I've gone into this store to see kittens, puppies, rabbits and rodents covered in fleas, mites and it wouldn't surprise me if ticks are there. I've seen kittens who have a serious case of cat flu and are not being taken to see a vet. This pet shop allows rodents of both sex's to be caged together- a little bit of research into what you are selling and you would discover rodents can re-produce as young as 5 weeks old and need to be housed separately. I've also gone into this store and seen dead fish in the tanks.
Do not even get me started on their customer service, which is just as appalling as the animal(s) conditions..

You couldn't pay me to buy something from this pet store.
